Ordering Kookies

We will always carry our Kore Kookies (chocolate chip, sprinkely sugar, and snickerdoodle) in quantities of 12 and 6.

Each week there will be a Kookie of the Week available as well. You can order in quantities of 12, 6, and 3. Please see our Kookie Now page for current Kookie of the Week.

You can NOW order for pick up and delivery for any day of the week. There is a two day lead time to ensure we have materials and ingredients to complete your order in a timely fashion. Please check our calendar links (FrankfortPU/LexingtonPU/Delivery) for pick up and delivery availability. See detailed information on pick up and delivery below.

Kustom Orders

We are currently taking custom orders for 4 or more dozens of one flavor for one date at a discounted rate. We have over 40 flavors to choose from! We will work together to fit your needs. This is perfect for larger parties and events. Please choose "Kustom Kookie Order" in the drop down on our contact form or click here. (If you want 3 or fewer dozen of one flavor, please order as a weekly order.)

Pick Up or Delivery

Pick up and delivery are now available every day of the week in Lexington and Frankfort. Our calendars are set to have a two day lead time. Meaning you must order at least two days in advance. This helps ensure we have materials and ingredients needed to complete your order.

Pick up locations will vary based on our schedule. In Lexington, Woodland Avenue, Georgetown Street, Leestown Road and Masterson Station are our most common pick up places. In Frankfort, East side of town near Kroger or Hardee's are our most common pick up places. This is based on where we are during the week and weekend. The pick up location will be noted in your email the day before pick up. If you need more notice, please reach out directly and we can give you more information. Please be prepared to meet up at the designated location in your email or schedule for delivery with a fee.

Deliveries are available in Lexington weekdays after 3:30pm and weekends vary; in Frankfort weekdays after 6:00pm and weekends vary. More delivery info will be noted in your email the day before pick up. Day of texts will be sent with specific delivery time. If you need more notice, please reach out directly and we can give you more information. Please note that we will deliver to the address you enter on your order form. If you are not present at the time of delivery, we will porch drop unless otherwise noted in your order form.

HoneyBook Client Portal & Info on Your Order

HoneyBook is the website we use to track your orders. Sometimes you may forget things like when you chose pick up or delivery or what you ordered. You can always sign in to your client portal to review these items. You can also send us messages for your order. Please try this before reaching out to us.

  • Type in the email you used to order (even in the past)

  • If you have never logged into Honeybook, you'll need to create a password by clicking "Forget Password". Then check your email to get started.

Can't Find An Email from Us?

Please check, double check, triple check your spam AND junk AND clutter folders. Sometimes these get stuck because your inbox service doesn't recognize our email address. You can also search your email box by typing in our email address (see below).

The Not So Fine Print

  • Once an order is received and confirmed, it is non-refundable regardless of payment type or date.

  • You may reschedule your pre-paid order with 48 hours notice before pick up or delivery. (Example: Order is due Friday at 5:00pm, you may cancel no later than Wednesday at 5:00pm)

    • You must reschedule the new pick up/delivery within a week of the original date. (Example: Order was due Friday, you may reschedule any day until the following Friday based on our calendar availability)

      • After that time, your order will be canceled.

  • If you do not choose to pay via Honeybook with credit card or Venmo prior to pick up/delivery, cash is due the day of pick up/delivery.

  • Cash orders may not be rescheduled unless pre-paid.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of pick up/delivery for a cash order, you are still responsible for that payment and should remit payment via Honeybook with a credit card or Venmo immediately.

    • If you do not pay in this situation, you will be required to pay in full via Honeybook with credit card or Venmo for any future orders at least 48 hours before the pick up/delivery date or your order will be canceled. You will be notified and reminded.

  • For orders over $50, you will be required to pay a 50% retainer fee* that is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remainder of the payment is due 48 hours prior to pick up/delivery.

    • If you do not pay the above mentioned* via invoice at the time of ordering, you will receive an updated invoice to do so within 48 hours.

    • Payments of retainer and remainder are due upon receipt.

    • If payment is not remitted in a timely fashion, your order is subject to canceling at the owner's discretion.

  • If for any reason, we need to cancel as the business, we will contact you with details and to attempt a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, you will be refunded within 48 hours of the final discussion. Please note that payments can take 5-10 business days to reach your online payment option.
